1. check in process no info was given about our package - vouchers for drinks. we had a bill at the end and was asked if we used the vouchers. Looking bewildered and what vouchers look. Was waived at check out. 2. Parking ticket - No fees were told only that they would validate ticket - no mention about the $25 fee. We would have parked off street. This was perceived as the hotel validated tickets as a service for the guests only to be hit with the fee at check out. Not Good , Not happy 3. Amenities - toiletries in room was none, only the soap and shampoo. Perhaps a list in room of extras to call housekeeping e.g., pillow list, bathrobes slippers vanity pack sanitary pack. no one could understand what a sanitary bag was. 4. room wasn't made to after 3pm as we had come back lunch early afternoon still not made. which wasn't nice feeling after been out. 5. Great location to stay in the heart of the city easy access to tours, Swan River/Valley, and Kings Park

Stayed two nights in Perth and really chilled out after work at the Adnate. The breakfast is a hit and the happy hour bar vibe allowed some good chill out by the pool.

We got the connecting room as we have 2 young kids and the rooms were spacious. Beds were comfortable and pillows were too. Will happily stay here again.

Unfortunately i have to stay at this hotel because of my work. I was fast asleep exhausted after a long day & I heard my room door open!! Someone was in my room at 2am!! I was totally in shock & shouted GET OUT! I called reception & they gave me some made up excuse that it was house keeping restocking the bars! This is total nonsense as it was 2am and this hotel doesn’t have bars in the room! The security here is not good, there’s no secondary latches or chains on the rooms so anyone can just walk inside at anytime. The swimming pool is tiny and everyone in the restaurant can watch you, so uncomfortable. The pillow are uncomfortable and many homeless people around the hotel. Avoid this hotel unsafe

You said you would clean or replace you irons as they are really dirty and the starch keeps wrecking my shirts. This was months ago. Up so. Arrive nothing has changed. Really disappointed. The rooms have got really really dusty. Stains on the walls especially in the bathroom. No robes or slippers anymore. You can’t tell what the decaf coffee pods are. Your card never works in the lifts. Great staff though. It’s just a shame you can’t fix the simple things. Oh and a cracked toilet seat.
